Это про португальский флаг: The modern state flag of Portugal is a rectangular panel with an aspect ratio of 2: 3, divided vertically (left to right) on the green (2.5 lengths) and red (5.3 length) part. In the center at the intersection of bands depicted the state coat of arms of Portugal. The flag was officially approved June 30, 1911, although already used during the Republican revolution of 5 October 1910 he replaced the monarchist flag, the primary colors that were dark blue and white.
